MBM Omega has successfully passed its annual audit for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, reaffirming its commitment to consistent client service and responsible environmental management.
The audit comes in a year of further sustainability progress for MBM. In April, the company achieved an EcoVadis Gold rating, improving its overall score from 69 to 85 out of 100. Its environmental score remained at 92 out of 100.
For clients, that commitment reaches beyond policies and assessments. MBM helps organisations identify more sustainable products, consolidate orders where practical and use purchasing information to understand their choices. Behind the scenes, the team continues to review delivery planning, packaging and waste.
Environmental progress must also work alongside the service clients rely on every day. ISO 9001 provides a framework for managing quality and improving customer satisfaction, while ISO 14001 supports the ongoing management of environmental impacts.
Client feedback gives those standards a practical measure. MBM’s testimonials and reviews regularly point to responsive, helpful people and reliable support. Recent Google reviews, including those shared with us, highlight prompt answers to urgent requests and a professional, efficient service. That feedback complements the account level insight MBM receives through client specific surveys.
“Passing our annual audit matters because it tests the systems behind the promises we make to clients,” said James Morton, Managing Director of MBM Omega. “We want to keep improving our environmental performance while giving people the responsive, dependable service they expect from us.”
MBM will continue to use audit findings, client feedback and purchasing data to guide improvements across its products, services and operations.
