“We have been working with MBM since 2013 – Whilst the simple order process has not changed for stores (the forms are sent out on a monthly basis and faxed back to MBM) the process from a Head Office perspective has been much stream lined. The whole December 2015 Page 3 of 4 process from ordering to authorising and through to dispatch for all 160+ stores takes approximately ten days however only uses an hour or two of our time, whereby we manually authorise any anomalies with orders, this is managed quickly and efficiently via the online system. Customer support from MBM is great, any mis picks, of which there are very few (99.9% accuracy rate Q1 16) can be resolved directly by the store contacting MBM. Communication from MBM is friendly and personable, queries are usually resolved within the same day. MBM have also worked with us to produce monthly reports tailored towards our business which help us to run cost effectively. They have also been flexible in the format of our invoices so that we ensure that all areas of our business have visibility over their expenditure. Stock replenishment is monitored by MBM and any potential shortfalls are highlighted in good time. We receive in depth quarterly reviews with our Account Manager to help us monitor budgets. As a whole I have found MBM very accommodating to the individual needs of our business, it is refreshing to work with a company who are willing to flexible in their approach.”
