Rewards Terms & Conditions

• Points are valid from the date they are accumulated until February 28 each year at 11:59pm. Points not used cannot be carried over to the next year.
• All points should be used before the end of each calendar year. 
• Points can only be earned on online purchases. 
• Points can only be redeemed online. 
• Points cannot be earned on delivery charges. 
• Pending points will be released once your order has been received and the process is satisfactory.
• When redeeming points, your credit account must be within terms at all times. 
• We recommend that all customers should redeem their rewards when placing an order on our website; if you redeem your reward as a stand-alone order, a standard delivery charge of £5.95 will be applicable.
• If your selected rewards product is unavailable, we will aim to substitute your redemption for a similar product.
• For charitable donations or planting a tree rewards, these will be completed at the end of each calendar month, and you will be notified in due course.
• Reward scheme is only available to credit account customers. 
• MBM Omega reserve the right to remove the points scheme if our terms and conditions are not being met. 
• In agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree to be contacted with emails relating to your points balance, points catalogue and any other special offers.
