Rewards Points Terms & Conditions
- Points can only be earned and redeemed on purchases made via the MBM Omega website.
- Points cannot be earned on delivery charges.
- Points will remain pending until the order has been delivered and is not cancelled, returned, or disputed.
- Points expire on 30 April each year, regardless of when they were earned. Any unused points will be removed and points balances will reset on 1 May.
- Points cannot be carried forward into the next scheme year.
- To redeem points, your credit account must not be overdue and must remain within agreed credit terms.
- We recommend redeeming rewards alongside an order. If rewards are redeemed without an accompanying goods order, a delivery charge of £5.95 will apply.
- If a selected reward is unavailable, MBM Omega reserves the right to substitute it with a similar reward of equal or greater value.
- Charitable donations and tree planting rewards will be processed at the end of each calendar month. Customers will be notified once completed.
- The rewards scheme is available only to approved credit account customers.
- MBM Omega reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the rewards scheme at any time, and to remove points where scheme terms are breached.
- We may contact customers regarding rewards scheme administration (including points balances and account updates). Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted, and customers may opt out at any time.
