Rewards Terms & Conditions
- Points are valid from the date they are accumulated until April 30th each calendar year. Points not used cannot be carried over to the next year. Points balance will reset on May 1st yearly.
- All points should be used before the end of each calendar year.
- Points can only be earned on online purchases.
- Points can only be redeemed online.
- Points cannot be earned on delivery charges.
- Pending points will be released once your order has been received and the process is satisfactory.
- When redeeming points, your credit account must be within terms at all times.
- We recommend that all customers should redeem their rewards when placing an order on our website; if you redeem your reward as a stand-alone order, a standard delivery charge of £5.95 will be applicable.
- If your selected rewards product is unavailable, we will aim to substitute your redemption for a similar product.
- For charitable donations or planting a tree rewards, these will be completed at the end of each calendar month, and you will be notified in due course.
- Reward scheme is only available to credit account customers.
- MBM Omega reserve the right to remove the points scheme if our terms and conditions are not being met.
- In agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree to be contacted with emails relating to your points balance, points catalogue and any other special offers.
