• Solar installation at our Headquarters: the addition of 24 solar panels to the roof of our Headquarters in May 2023 gives us access to a greener energy source, lowers our carbon footprint, and enables us to have more energy independence. We can operate even when there’s a power outage and provide ongoing support for our clients and their eco initiatives.
• Implementation of LED lighting: highly energy efficient LED lighting fitted in our office space and warehouse reduces our energy consumption.
• Making local deliveries via our electric van fleet: having introduced our first electric van deliveries in January 2023, we have helped cut greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
• Introducing our eco filter tool: Using leaf ratings to distinguish products enables our clients to make informed choices when purchasing.

Although this is a significant step in the right direction, implementing sustainable initiatives demands ongoing determination and collaboration to secure a lasting effect on our environment. Our future sustainable and environmental projects include:

• Embarking on a net zero programme: with the support of carbon management consultants, we are working towards understanding our Scope 3 emissions and set ourselves on a decarbonising path.
• Engaging with suppliers who commit to sustainable business practices: collaborating with suppliers who share similar environmental aspirations to us allows us to jointly tackle sustainability challenges.
• Minimising waste by using eco-friendly packaging: priortising eco-friendly packaging by using recycled fiberboard boxes, using non-plastics where possible, printing using water-based inks, reusing delivery pallets, and providing compact packaging.
• Commitment to ESG beyond packaging: our promise to continue to implement energy efficiency, manage waste by prioritising waste reduction and recycling, and take social responsibility by supporting local communities in various initiatives.
