This recipe was a closely guarded secret of the Issippi family, passed down the generations, from mother to daughter. Then one day, Danny pinched it from his teacher (Miss Issippi's back was turned and he snaffled it out of her desk). Lucky he did, or you'd never get to treat your taste buds to his monumental Mississippi (here's) Mud (in your eye) Pie. As Danny always says 'bon appetit'.
Ingredients:
(75%) Noche Colombian Milk Chocolate (cocoa solids 40%min, milk solids 14.5% min) (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin; flavouring: natural vanilla) (12%) Vanilla Micro Fudge (sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fats (palm, coconut), water, skimmed milk powder, salt, emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural flavourings; vanilla extract, (6%) Dark Chocolate Scaglietta (min cocoa: 36) (sugar, cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanillin), (6%) White Chocolate Curls (min cocoa solids 22.5%, min milk solids: 24.9%) (sugar, full cream milk powder, cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavouring, emulsifier: soya lecithin).
