Business Admin Apprenticeship - Distinction

It is with enormous pleasure and pride that we announce Bethany Armstrong, one of our apprentices, recently completed her Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship with Distinction.

Bethany enrolled onto our apprenticeship programme in February 2020 and has become a valuable member of our client service team over that time. She graduates with a wealth of knowledge and practical experience while having developed an incredible skill set. A keen learner of new skills, Bethany has already started to develop interests and gain further insights in other departments while also happy to pass on her knowledge to newer members of the team.

“I must admit it was maybe not the best timing to start an apprenticeship at the beginning of the pandemic, but MBM has been supportive throughout providing me with the opportunity to learn on the job while enabling time to study too. Everyone is so friendly here I was made to feel at home early on and key members of the team including our Office Manager, Steph Chapman, took me under their wing allowing me to learn in a safe environment.
