James is a business leader with over 20 years\u2019 experience in the business services and workplace solutions industry. As Managing Director of MBM Omega Ltd, he has\u00a0overall responsibility for the strategic and operational functions of the business. He liaises with MBM Omega\u2019s major clients at senior level\u00a0to create practical solutions for facilities, operations and office management professionals across a diverse range of sectors including legal, communications & media, finance and property services.

Passionate about creating a positive customer and staff experience, James encourages his team to be enthusiastic with a \u2018can do\u2019 approach that fuels an exceptional experience for all clients. He explains, \u201cThe welfare of our people and the well-being of our clients come first. We genuinely care about our work and support each other in supporting our customers to ensure consistent levels of exceptional service across the business.
