1. What information is collected?

 

(a) Your contact details such as your name, job title, company name, company address, telephone number and email address. We do not collect Sensitive Personal Data.

 

(b) Financial information
(i) If you wish to make an automated payment to purchase any Goods we will require your credit card number and expiry date.
(ii) Your financial information is used solely for this purpose.
(iii) Once your payment has been processed, your financial information will be passed to a credit card processing company. No record of your financial information will be held on the Site or otherwise by us following the processing of your payment. The credit card processing company does not use, share, retain or store this information for any purpose, other than to process your payment for the above purpose.

 

(c) Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of information which are sent by a website to your web browser and remain on your computer until they are deleted. You can choose to accept or decline cookies through your browser settings. We do use cookies on this Site to help us improve our site and deliver a more personalised service.

Our registered office address is: 1141b The Axis Centre, Cleeve Road, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7RD.

We do not share, sell or rent your information to any other person, company or organisation in any way other than as disclosed in this policy or as stated at the point where the information is collected. All personal data is processed and stored securely for no longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. Under the GDPR, no fee is payable, and we will provide such information in response to your request free of charge.
