2018 client survey

MBM OmegaMBM Omega recently carried out a client survey to measure our service, identify areas where we are performing well and address any that require improvement. We were delighted with the results which showed 100% of respondents felt MBM Omega employees were helpful and knowledgeable. The most popular adjectives used to describe MBM Omega account managers included proactive, supportive, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and almost 100% would recommend us to another business.

Some of the comments included:

  • “Our account manager is a pleasure to deal with – he will go out of his way to be helpful and actively looks at ways to support us. We couldn’t ask for more.”

  • “Continues to support our business with excellent customer service.”
  • “Our account manager has been very friendly and proactive at offering ideas.”

  • “Every call I make to MBM Omega, or query raised, is always dealt with promptly & politely. As far as I am concerned, just keep doing what you’re doing.”

The survey provided valuable feedback and we were pleased to use this input to further tweak and improve our service.
