MBM Omega are delighted to have been appointed a business supporter to Surrey Wildlife Trust. Over the years we have donated money and office equipment and supplies to the Nower Wood Education Centre, plus supported events by providing catering supplies for volunteers and guests.

Hidden amongst 81 acres of ancient woodland, Nower Wood, near Leatherhead, is the heart of Surrey Wildlife Trust’s education programme. Since 1971, Nower Wood has inspired thousands of young people to understand, love and protect the natural world. They are now raising funds to rebuild the centre which is in much need of replacement.

“At MBM Omega we are always looking at innovative ways to support Nower Wood,” said Diane Green, marketing manager at MBM Omega. “Nower Wood is a very special place and provides the community – school children, special groups, adults –  with a wonderful resource to get closer to and learn more about nature.”

Recently Nower Wood were delighted to collect a number of good quality desks and chairs which we were recycling on behalf of our clients, following office refurbishments. The furniture is ideal for the Trust’s Education Centres and together with a selection of stationery and office supplies, also donated by MBM Omega, provide a much appreciated boost to the classroom facilities. The picture below shows Hayden Turner and Catherine Roberts from Surrey Wildlife Trust collecting the furniture.
