DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Using our regionalised distribution network we can ensure that deliveries are made to the right location during times that suit, and should you require a product in an emergency we can offer a same day delivery service within specified cities. Find out more about our logistics operation here.
On request we can offer a pick and wrap delivery service where orders are individually boxed and labelled for desktop delivery. For further information or to request special conditions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can arrange collection of unwanted items free of charge provided you advise us within three working days of delivery.
A full credit will then be issued for these items.
If any items are damaged or missing from your delivery, please let us know within three working days of delivery so we can quickly collect the items and send you a replacement.
If returning unwanted items please ensure:
- The goods are unopened and in the condition they were delivered to you.
- The goods are in their original packaging.
- All manuals and components are included.
- The box has no writing or markings on it.
Returns after three days
After three days from delivery, items may only be returned at our discretion and for less than the full credit value.
Office machines, furniture, specials and some electrical products are excluded from our returns policy. We also cannot accept any food or drinks returns including biscuits, tea, coffee and water because of health and safety regulations. If you are unsure about the returns policy on any product please contact us before placing your order.
